Scholarships and Financial Aid
LAU provides generous financial assistance to students enrolled in the nursing major. Some of the scholarships and aid are specific to nursing; others are general university programs. Through a combination of the types of assistance available, which are listed below, you may qualify for up to 100% tuition coverage. All students who are admitted to nursing early in the Admissions cycle will receive strong financial assistance. To determine the actual amount and type of funding that you are eligible to receive, you must complete in full the LAU Financial Aid Application.
Nursing Program Grants (NPG)
Nursing Program Grants are available through LAU. These are generous scholarships designed specifically for qualified applicants to the B.S.N. program. The NPG is awarded for all three years of the B.S. in Nursing program, on the condition that the student maintains good grades and steady progress in the nursing courses. A sizable pool of scholarship money has been set aside for these scholarships and we expect many students to benefit. However, potential nursing students who complete their LAU application and are admitted to nursing early in the admissions cycle will be the first to be awarded a Nursing Program Grant.
Financial Aid & Scholarships
Nursing students may also be eligible for the many types of university-wide financial assistance and scholarships. This link will take you to the LAU Financial Aid Services Office for additional information.
