Badih Geha, MPH, BSN, RN

Mr. Badih Geha joined ARCSON in 2014 as a part-time Clinical Instructor, bringing extensive experience in clinical nursing, education, and simulation. He is currently a Senior Clinical Nurse Educator at the Lebanese American University Medical Center – Rizk Hospital (LAUMC–RH), a position he has held since 2018, where he creates and carries out orientation, training, and continuing education programs for critical care nurses. He also heads the Heart Failure Clinic at LAUMC–RH, whose activities include patient counseling, follow-up, and multidisciplinary care coordination.

Mr. Geha’s clinical experience is broad and includes cardiac surgery, coronary care, intensive care, and emergency nursing, with particular emphasis on advanced hemodynamic monitoring and invasive cardiac procedures. From 2007 to 2018, he was a Senior Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Surgery and Coronary Care Units (CSU–CCU), delivering specialized post-open-heart surgery care to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients. Through this role, he gained well-established competence in congenital, pediatric, and adult cardiothoracic surgery.

Scholarly Interests

Clinical teaching, simulation-based learning, and critical care nursing are some of Mr. Geha’s research and practice interests. He is most passionate about the improvement of the teaching–learning process through innovation and professional development of nursing staff.

Community Service

Mr. Geha is actively involved in educational seminars and awareness campaigns on cardiovascular health and heart failure management, with the ultimate aim of enhancing patient outcomes and community awareness.
